Spray Foam Services

Spray Foam insulation how it works?

This is not the same case of spray foam insulation vs traditional insulation. As it covers the entire area, this does not allow moisture or air to pass through it.  Thus, you don’t need to worry about cracking or leaking with spray foam insulation. However, it is important that you hire a professional to do this type of  insulation as we can definitely do it for you at Got a Foam, we are just a phone call away to request a quote.  Foam insulation near.

Foam insulation as an alternative technique

It is an alternative technique over fiberglass insulation.  To insulate the home,  Polyurethane foam is pumped into the ceilings and walls. With proper  insulation, you can reduce your monthly energy bills to a greater extent. It can help you to keep the heat inside during winter days.

This is one of the best forms of insulation available out there. This is mainly because of the fact that is is seamless and does not contain any pores. If there is air leak in your home and you use any regular kind of insulation options, there are chances wherein the air can get through. However, this is not the same in case of spray insulation. As it covers the entire area, it doesn’t allow moisture or air to pass through it.

While conventional insulation options might be cheaper, they are difficult to install and do not last longer. Unlike other insulation options, spray insulation lasts longer. Thus, you don’t need to worry about cracking or leaking with spray foam insulation. However, it is important that you hire a professional to do this type of insulation.

Benefits of this technology

You can tremendously cut down on your cooling and heating costs. It will help to keep the temperature more controlled, thus making you feel comfortable, when at home. Even animals and bugs will find it harder to enter inside your home.   Having a properly insulated home can also increase its resale value.  There’s literally no gap/opening left after spray foam is sprayed

It also helps in noise reduction. With no outside noise entering into your home, you will feel much more comfortable and relaxed. Whether you are looking forward to healthier living style, reduce noise pollution or temperature regulation, this type of insulation is the best available choice.

So, if you want to make the most from your home insulation, option for spray foam insulation will be a wise decision.

Spray Foam Roofing

Spray foam roofing is a roofing material that covers two different materials combine to form a transparent liquid material that is interesting.

After mixing the foam twenty, to expand over time as a full concrete roof. These hedges speed at which they can be applied to the popular, water resistance and offer high performance insulation.

Brief SPF, spray foam roofing that includes adhesive bitumen than almost any surface and will make a roof over it. It leads to lower costs and less waste ceiling as this means that concrete, concrete block, wood and metal roofs are covered. Instead of booting the old roof and install a new SPF can be installed. Once sprayed nearly 50 years, lives up to SPF. During this time, as the cleaning and conditioning will need occasional maintenance.  Roofing nearby or roofing spray foam nearby.

Expanding structural foam leveling

Concrete leveling with foam injection uses polyurethane in an injection process.  Less than one inch in diameter  a two-part polymer is injected through a hole.  Despite the material being injected at higher pressure than traditional grouts, the lifting is not caused by this pressure. The expansion of the air bubbles in the injected material below the slab surface,  performs the actual lifting action as the liquid resin reacts and becomes a structural foam.

Under slabs to be lifted, weak soils will be first encountered by injecting the material.  It will expand into them in such a manner as to consolidate and cause sub-soils to become denser and fill any voids below the slab. One inherent property of expanding foams is that they will follow the path of least resistance, expanding in all directions. Another inherent property includes reaching a hydro-insensitive or hydrophobic state when cured with 100% cure times as little as 30 minutes. Closed-cell injections will not retain moisture and are not subject to erosion once in place.

Some closed-cell polymer foams have baseline lifting capabilities of 6,000 lbs per sq. ft.  Higher loads as 125 tons,  have been lifted and stabilized in a surface area of less than 900 sq. ft. on leveling procedures that have been performed. Some foams are even stronger, with compressive strengths of 50 psi and 100 psi in a free rise state. That is equal to 7,200–14,000 lbs. per square ft. of support.  Search for us under concrete leveling nearby.

Benefits of Expanding Structural Foam Leveling

  • Meets compressive strength requirements when supporting highway slabs
  • Consumers benefit from longer warranty periods with Polyurethane Foam
  • Requires less clean up than Mudjacking or Limestone Grout Leveling
  • Smaller holes
  • Mobile units can reach areas inaccessible to truck-based equipment
  • Does not retain moisture
  • Does not erode when subjected to rainwater
